The Holcomb USD 363 Board of Education is pleased to announce the hiring of Lucas Sullivan as the new Superintendent of Schools for USD 363.
Action by the board was taken on March 2, 2026 to hire a new Superintendent of Schools, effective July 1, 2026. Lucas Sullivan comes to Holcomb Schools from USD 457, Garden City, Kansas. He currently serves as the Principal of GCHS Achieve, where he has been a transparent communicator who prioritizes building authentic relationships with students, staff and families. He brings over 15 years of experience in education.
“I am honored that the board of education has put their faith in me with this responsibility,” says Sullivan.“Using the newly created strategic plan we will continue to move USD 363 forward with the goal of being the best mid-sized district in the state.”
