USD 363 Holcomb School District

The school year 2020-2021 application for the USDA/KSDE Free and Reduced meal program is now available.  To print a copy for your household, go to usd363.com.  Select Menu, Parents and Students, KSDE Free and Reduced Meal Application.  Print the form, fill out the form and return it.  Forms can be picked up and dropped off at the district office at 305 Wiley Street in Holcomb.    The completed form can be scanned and emailed to kristi.calkins@usd363.com.    To request a paper copy be mailed to you, please contact any school secretary or Kristi Calkins at the district office by phone at (620)765-1859 or by email at kristi.calkins@usd363.com. We encourage you to apply early so that you will have your results prior to enrollment.  Thank you.
